As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager , you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Huntsville, AL. The scheduled hours are Monday–Wednesday, approximately 7:00 A–6:00 P; Thursday is a dedicated 8-hour administrative day with flexibility in scheduling; Friday, approximately 7:00 A–5:00 P Lead & Develop a 10-Member Clinical Team: Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, delegation, and accountability while fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment. Make an Impact Beyond the Clinic: Balance 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities, with dedicated time for staff leadership, operations, compliance, referrals, and performance metrics.
