Director of Nursing (DON) The Gardens at Orangeville | Orangeville, PA Position Type: Full-Time The Gardens at Orangeville is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in our skilled nursing facility in Orangeville, Pennsylvania . This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care. MDS Coordinator LPN About the Role: MDS Coordinator LPN are responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of assessments and developing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. This critical role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements.
