Conduct assessments and treatment under APP supervision. Maintain accurate patient records via HealthPoint and Athena EMR. Engage in telemedicine support, adhering to clinical standards. Manage health, medication, and care goals for patients. Provide supervised treatment for common diagnoses. Participate in ongoing education and safety protocol adherence. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Preferred experience in ED, Urgent Care, Critical Care, Family Practice Active NY State LPN license Pediatric clinical experience required Phlebotomy experience required Fluent in Spanish preferred Ability to lift 50-60 lbs Apply Today!
