Caregiver SYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas Pay: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (personal or professional) Education: High School Diploma or GED Job Description SYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care to clients throughout Southeast Texas. Whether your experience comes from caring for a loved one or working professionally, we welcome individuals who are passionate about helping others live safely and independently at home. Responsibilities Provide non-medical assistance and support in the client’s home Offer companionship through conversation, reading, and activities Support mental alertness with engaging, client-centered activities Provide emotional support and encouragement Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, basic cleaning) Prepare and serve meals and clean the kitchen afterward Assist with grooming and dressing Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and walks Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications Observe and report changes in client condition to a supervisor Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members Complete accurate documentation of care provided Participate in training, staff meetings, and care discussions Follow all safety, confidentiality, and company policies Qualifications At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience Reliable transportation Valid Texas Driver’s License and current auto insurance Strong communication skills and a caring attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, patient, and detail-oriented Ability to pass a background check Benefits Competitive pay with opportunities to earn up to $15/hour Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance PTO Paid computer-based training and skills lab training Employee recognition and incentive programs Flexible scheduling Apply Today If you’re an experienced caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you!
