Utilizes the smart phrases when taking any phone messages and routing directly to the provider. Posts patient test results through patient’s mychart portal. LVN'S needed at a residential facility POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Program Director, the Nurse is responsible for medical care and supervision of adolescent clients in a residential facility.
