Job Description We are searching for a Registered Nurse ( RN ) to work in our OR - someone who works well in a fast-paced hospital setting and provide nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, educating, implementing, and evaluating age-appropriate care in a manner that incorporates family-centered principles and cost-effective care. This applicant will provide specialized care to patients undergoing surgery in an operating room setting. This nurse will work before, during, and after surgical procedures, collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort. Perioperative Services also supports operating rooms in Labor and Delivery along with procedure, pre operative, and recovery areas in the Reproductive Endocrinology Clinic. The unit provides care for patients ranging from adolescents to adult women and operates as part of the broader Perioperative Services Department.
