Assesses rhythm EGMs, pacing data, battery and longevity status, histograms, event counters, and stored EGMs. Performs manual lead testing based on underlying rhythm; recognizes and responds to loss of capture, symptomatic episodes, or induced arrhythmias. Reviews lead trends and adjusts device settings within protocols. Retrieves data, performs testing, and implements protocol-based reprogramming. The Infusion for Health Nurse Practitioner Manager will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care within multiple ambulatory infusion centers. This leadership position will be responsible for managing a diverse team, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Mixologists, in delivering high-quality specialty infusions and injections to patients. This role is responsible for clinical oversite, recruiting & managing staff members, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and optimizing workflows. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and strong organizational skills to support the success of the teams managed. In this role you will be covering our clinics in both Colorado , with consistent travel throughout all clinics. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership: Engages in remote and in-person supervision in collaboration with the Medical Director, including virtual case discussions, care-plan development, escalated patient issues & reactions, review of infusion protocols, and documentation audits. Ensure that clinical protocols are being followed, and patient safety is prioritized. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring individualized, evidenced-based care. Able to demonstrate infection control precautions and sterile technique. Possess knowledge of IV medications, biologics, fluids, and blood components. Skilled in drawing labs using aseptic technique. Ability to engage effectively in partnership with referring providers, deescalate challenging patient situations, and respond to grievances assuring the highest level of service to our partners and patients. Strong computer skills, including word processing, efficient use of the internet and email, and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program. Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state(s) of practice. The RN Wound Care Specialist supports clinical and nursing home staff in the management of InnovAge admitted participants for acute/chronic wound care and education. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team daily to coordinate appropriate plan of care as it relates to wound healing. Physical attendance at an InnovAge facility and/or an InnovAge participant home is essential to performing the job duties. Participant Nursing – 70% Assesses, develops, plans, and evaluates care provided to participants while admitted in nursing home settings.
