Staff ratio is 1-3 patients according to the acuity of the patient. The nurse reports to the Pediatric charge nurse. Pediatric RN organizes care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating, and communicating with all necessary providers and ancillary departments on an ongoing basis.
