Interview Requirements To be considered for the program, please bring the following items to your interview: A completed application A valid photo ID Your Social Security card Attendance and Academic Requirements Due to the accelerated nature of the program, students must arrive on time and attend every scheduled class and clinical session. Books, Supplies, and Uniforms A $25 refundable deposit for books and supplies is required on the first day of class.
