Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans. Equipment and Safety: Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment. Ensure the proper setup and breakdown of dialysis machines. Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination. Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
