We are looking for a provider to anchor our mid-week coverage with a recurring Wednesday First Call (24-Hour) shift. Compensation & Benefits: Annualized Salary (Based on Experience | Inclusive of call stipends): 5+ Years: $382,500 2–5 Years: $373,500 0–2 Years: $364,500 Sign-On Bonus: $40,000-$60,000 (dependent on time of commitment) 7 Week Unpaid Time Off Provider is responsible for malpractice coverage (2mil/4mil) Practice Environment Facility: St. Joseph’s Medical Center (Stockton, CA) – A 355-bed regional hospital and Level III Trauma Center. Schedule: Every Wednesday – First Call (In-House 24 Hour). Call Expectations: In-house shifts with post-call days off. Balance: Remaining hours scheduled flexibly to ensure work-life balance. Practice Model: Full Independent Practice. No medical direction. Scope: Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, and high-acuity cases. Team: Work alongside 14n physicians, 30+ independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians. Case Mix: ~14,300 annual cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac (~800/yr), OB (3,000 births/yr), and Interventional Radiology. Academic: Work in a supportive teaching environment alongside the Anesthesia Residency program. Qualifications: Active California RN and CRNA License.
