PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). JOB SUMMARY Every Third Weekend The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to assess the patient needs, plan and implement patient care activities, direct, and evaluate the delivery of nursing care through other members of the nursing team.
