Heart and Rhythm Advanced Practice Professional JOB DESCRIPTION: Griffin Hospital is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to support the medical and surgical services, outpatient practice, and hospital-based cardiology and electrophysiology teams. POSITION SUMMARY The Hospice Program Director is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services.
