Manage and administer employee tuberculosis (TB) screening programs in accordance with regulatory requirements. Perform respirator fit testing and provide required education and training. Coordinate and administer annual influenza and other employee immunization programs, including assessment of vaccine contraindications, education on potential side effects, and documentation. Provide first aid and follow-up care for employees experiencing work-related injuries or illnesses. Collaborate with leaders, supervisors, and employees to facilitate return-to-work and restricted-duty programs. Serve as Workers' Compensation Coordinator as assigned, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, injury tracking, case management, and communication with providers, leadership, and third-party partners. Maintain accurate employee health records and ensure strict confidentiality of all medical information. Prepare and present monthly and annual reports to support organizational compliance and regulatory requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to employee health policies, procedures, and practices. Promote employee wellness and participate in committees related to wellness, safety, infection prevention, and environmental health. Communicate effectively through clear, accurate, and professional verbal and written interactions. Perform all duties in accordance with the organization's mission, values, and service standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Experience Occupational Health, Employee Health, Workers' Compensation, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management experience preferred. Knowledge of employee health regulations, immunization programs, and workplace safety practices preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
