Director of Nursing (DON) Salary: Up to $130,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time Location: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position Overview A premier Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and promote the highest standards of resident care and employee engagement. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain clinical excellence and deliver outstanding outcomes for residents.
