Works well in a team, communicating well and negotiating shared responsibilities with other team members. 11. Demonstrates good communication skills with patients, co-workers, and agencies or providers in the community or who will be involved in the care of our patients. 12. Prepares, administers and documents immunizations, injections and laboratory tests following standard procedure. 13. Coordinates measures for compliance with OSHA regulations as required or directed. 14. Maintains supplies and pharmaceuticals as required. Orders supplies as required or directed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or two years of program experience including supervision of staff, hiring, terminations, staff development and evaluation. Familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophy. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment. Must have basic computer knowledge. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere. Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.
