This role requires comprehensive knowledge of departmental and hospital policies related to the administration of infusion therapy and the overall delivery of nursing care. Job Description Summary: An Infusion Nurse II is a licensed registered nurse who coordinates and provides intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home, or in an alternate infusion suite, to ensure patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician’s plan of care.
