Job Description: Position Summary: M - F 8 am - 4:30 pm, 4 x 8 hour shifts The Licensed Nursing Assistant II will assist providers in the administration of patient care in assigned clinical areas. Document using clear, concise, and professional written skills. Assist providers with patient examination and procedures. Manage clinical supplies and medication sample areas to ensure that stock is current, stored appropriately, labeled and par levels maintained. Act as a principal preceptor in the clinical orientation of new staff. Identify emergent situations and communicate to appropriate personnel for interventions. Function in emergent situations pertinent to the role. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Licensure Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Possesses a thorough understanding of medical ethics and legal principles, including patient confidentiality, informed consent, and compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $20.40 - $24.75 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. Summary The Concord Endoscopy Center (CEC) LNA provides direct and indirect patient care duties under the guidance and direction of the registered nurse. The CEC LNA assists the physician and registered nurse during endoscopy procedures and is responsible for the care and processing of associated endoscopy equipment.
