Maintains list of current labs as ordered by MD and schedules on calendar when needed. Communicates/faxes results to appropriate MD's Administers services as directed by Wellness RN. Oversees that each resident in Longview are scheduled for annual physicals and/or re-certifications. Works with full time LV nurse to: Set up physicals for the Doctor's residents. Schedules lab work for residents receiving a physical. Mails out letters to resident who have MD's outside of facility. Follows up with family to set up an appointment. Verifies physical and recert papers have been returned and are on chart. Certification: Must have a valid LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey.
