Institute appropriate follow up and communicate all medical issues to the program Residential Registered Nurse and any other appropriate Seven Hills Pediatric Center at Hopedale staff members.•Assist individuals in designated programs to their medical appointments and with transportation as recommended by the Program Manager, Registered Nurse, or the Nurse Practitioner.•Document all nursing interventions and changes affecting the children in appropriate areas.•Review the plans of care for current knowledge of programming as required by the Department of Children and Families and/or other agencies.•Maintain current medication and treatment orders noting any side effects and/or adverse effects and report to appropriate individuals: MD, NP, Program Manager or program Residential RN, and other designated Seven Hills Pediatric Center at Hopedale staff. Assist in training staff in medication policies and procedures.•Maintain health records according to various government agencies as required.
