Follow Seven Hills at Groton grievance policy.Participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.Make rounds with physicians and actively participate in planning care for assigned Residents.Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services, as ordered by the physician, and in accordance with our established procedures.Consult with the resident’s physician Qualifications Licensure to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts is required. Prefer experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant if new graduate.
