The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families. Work Experience Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure. Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines. Meets all state/licensing requirements. ESRD experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
