The Opportunity Pay Range: $28.40-35.00 The Wellness Nurse - LPN/LVN is part of the Health & Wellness Team responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do Detail daily reports to Nurse, or designated charge person, at end of shift Observe and report on residents’ health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively Helping residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Supporting residents with medication. Responsibilities include customer service, safety, resident care, and communication. What You’ll Bring POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid, unrestricted nursing license in the state. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens. Demonstrates effective time management skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Current CPR certification. Maintain CEU requirements. Read, write, speak and understand the English language. Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions. How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
