Job Summary and Qualifications Under the supervision of an RN, the LVN staff nurse provides care in accordance with policies and procedures. In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical LVN works under the supervision of a registered nurse in the delivery of patient care. Your responsibilities will include: Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care What qualifications you will need: REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS Current LVN Licensure that allows the practice in the state of Texas or Compact state--Required.
