Certified Medication Aide Under the supervision of the Residential Services Manager, this position assists in the development and implementation of individual program plans; serves as an advocate and role model for all residential clients; plans and supervises client activities; ensures medication administration is completed accurately and per regulations and policies; assists clients with community integration; documents observations and results of all interventions; upholds client rights including confidentiality and maintenance of the residences. Verification of completion of a state-approved Medication Aide course. 3. One year of clinical experience working with individuals with psychiatric disorders. 4. The Opportunity The Med Tech position provides support for our community’s residents with the essential day-to-day tasks they can no longer perform or need help with. Med Techs are responsible for administering daily medications. Duties include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting samples. The ideal Med Tech will be detail oriented, possess knowledge of resident care procedures and have excellent communication skills.
