What You’ll Do Day-to-Day As an Ageless Provider, you’ll serve as a trusted clinician for patients pursuing lasting improvements in their health and vitality. You’ll lead patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and oversee the delivery of safe, evidence-based therapies that produce measurable results. Daily responsibilities include: Conducting new patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, and performing physical assessments. Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting lab work and diagnostic tests to inform individualized treatment plans. Prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications. Overseeing the administration of weight management treatments , including GLP-1 medications , and monitoring patient progress. Providing clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections. Reviewing and signing off on patient charts, treatment documentation, and lab results in the EMR. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal medical regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols. Educating patients about hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results. Position Overview: Under the general supervision of the radiation oncologist, non-physician providers evaluate patients, perform routine histories and physical examinations and perform and/or interpret diagnostic tests and/or procedures as detailed in the department-specific scope of practice. Participate in teaching and quality assurance activities with other members of the clinical department. Deliver direct patient care. Provide quality direct/indirect patient care clinically, administratively and/or academically. The services rendered will be delegated by the supervising radiation oncologist and in accordance with the policies established by the department of radiation oncology and Cancer Care Northwest existing policies. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provides patient assessments through patient exams, medical history, interpretation of diagnostic procedures, and development and implementation of patient treatment plans. Provides consultation and education as a highly specialized practitioner within scope of practice. Managing follow-up patients after treatment completion. Functions independently as an advance practice registered nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) and consults with or refers patients to other health care providers or agencies as appropriate. Uses both advance nursing and medical knowledge in providing direct patient care. Provides diagnostic and pharmacologic management of the disease process and treatment side effects through ongoing assessment, intervention and education in collaboration with the physician. Provides formal and informal educational opportunities for staff with emphasis specific to practice specialty. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited radiation therapy technology program. Minimum 3 years’ experience actively practicing as an RTT. ARRT certification required. Must hold valid state license for radiation therapy.
