Coordinate with new patient navigators to ensure required intake documentation is complete prior to initial oncology visits. Manage provider clinic workload communications and assist with patient flow optimization. Serve as a clinical resource for patient portal communications and follow-up. Administrative & Documentation: Enter and manage orders for labs, imaging, referrals, and prescriptions per provider direction. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
