Is responsible to provide lead screens and immunizations on well child visits. Maintain updated immunization usage on a monthly basis for State of Connecticut. Licensed Practical Nurse Job Duties/Responsibilities: Must be able to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner. Demonstrate competency in utilizing resources to accommodate cultural needs of patients and customers such as dietary, religious and language needs. Assist the physician with minor procedures as needed such as, PKU, sutures, lumbar punctures.
