Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient through the nursing process regarding the care, counseling, and health teaching of the ill, injured or infirm. • Synthesize the data collected during the comprehensive assessment to identify problems, make nursing diagnoses, and to formulate goals, teaching plans and outcomes. • Implement the plan of care using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
