Make a Difference The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources. The Registered Nurse will work within an exciting, fast-paced environment! The RN will work collaboratively with a great team in this 24-bed unit with a complex patient population to include all diagnoses, but mostly cardiac patients. All patients are on telemetry.
