QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Two (2) or more years RN experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. ASC experience. Certificate/License Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas required. Current AHA approved Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card and current AHA approved Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card required. Current AHA approved Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card preferred.
