KPA 5 – Communication and Customer Service Manage and communicate all clinical policy, procedure and regulatory changes that apply to the clinical teams. Act as a resource for staff regarding company policies and procedures. Remain current on oncology updates, therapies and procedures and share updates with clinical staff. Position Qualifications/Requirements: Education : Unencumbered RN License in the state of employment or multi-state licensure Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
