Job Summary Per Diem Position Responsible for rendering professional nursing services on the Rehabilitation Department, either directly or indirectly, for the patients on the Rehab Unit according to the hospital’s philosophy of patient care. Job Summary The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, patient flow, and clinical care in the unit, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care environment aligned with organizational goals and values. They manage staffing based on case volume, support clinical decision-making, and serve as a resource for staff. In addition to assisting with direct patient care when needed, they also assist with administrative functions, staff recruitment, evaluations, training, and competency development. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required; Field of study: Nursing. Minimum 3 to 5 Years of job-related experience is required. Rhode Island Registered Nurse licensure required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Job Summary Responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients of the Special Procedures area while utilizing the nursing process, and acts as a liaison between the Special Procedures area and the nursing units to provide continuity of care and optimal communication.
