For far too long nurse professionals have had to endure inflexible schedules, denied time off, and missed life milestones due to an outdated approach to staffing. But those days are over. At IntelyCare, we're changing how things are done and finally placing the needs of nurses first. We don't just believe in nurse work-life balance, we've built it into our business model — and it works. Gone are the days of missing your child's season games at Sunshine Ballpark, or the Bluegrass in the Burg Festival. With IntelyCare you can take the time off to do the things you enjoy, or simply choose an evening-only work schedule to enjoy morning walks along the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail.
