Registered Nurse - Acute Dialysis RN

DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. RN - Emergency Department

The ED Registered Nurse functions under the supervision and direction of the ED Manager, ED Coordinator, and Physicians in order to assist in providing and assessing direct emergency and outpatient care. The ED RN provides professional nursing care to medically ill and trauma patients of various criticalities. The AMH ED RN uses the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) triage tool to prioritize care for patients presenting to the ED. The ED RN coordinates care planning with other disciplines to ensure that patient needs are met, participates in inpatient and family education, provides an environment conducive to patient safety and comfort, seeks educational resources, and creates a learning experience to enhance and maintain current knowledge and skill for his or her continuing competence in nursing practice and individual professional growth.
