Bronson South Haven Hospital and Bronson Lakeview Hospital employees who are approved to work in a Swing Bed Facility only: Employees may be expected to cover shifts at Bronson Lakeview Hospital and/or Bronson South Haven Hospital depending on patient acuity and staffing needs. Virtual Registered Nurse (VRN) Role: The virtual registered nurse leverages technology to deliver patient care remotely, collaborating with bedside staff and the broader care team to ensure quality outcomes and timely discharge. Core responsibilities include, but not limited to: Conducting admission screening, patient/family education, discharge planning, and medication dual acknowledgments via secure digital platforms.
