DSD Services teammates have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer. The DaVita SNF Dialysis Float RN could float to any of our Skilled Nursing Facility Dialysis locations in Indiana. Potential locations include Altenheim (Indianapolis), Northwest Manor (Indianapolis), Majestic Southport (Indianapolis), Carmel Health and Living (Carmel), Countryside (Anderson) & Majestic Lafayette (Lafayette). DaVita SNF Dialysis dens have 6 chairs and operate Monday- Saturday. Shifts are likely to be 12+ hours, but the hours vary by location. Ideal teammates will have experience in dialysis, get energized by a start-up type environment and improving the lives of patients, and have a track record of finding ways to Get Stuff Done (GSD).
