Teaches hospice philosophy and pain and symptom management to staff in alternate care settings (nursing homes, hospital, assisted-living facilities, etc.). Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred 50% travel required Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
