Position Purpose The Alert Team in the Crisis Care Center provides optimal care utilizing knowledge and skills within the context of evidence based psychiatric nursing practice and the theory of human caring. Nature and Scope The psychiatric registered nurse on the Alert Team must be able to work interdependently within a team framework and demonstrate competency with mental health/chemical dependency assessment, interventions, and referral. We are looking for a dynamic experienced ER Registered Nurse who will provide direct and indirect patient care to our patients with compassion and respect. You will communicate with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical condition. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
