Required Certification/Registration: Currently licensed and registered in NY State to practice as a registered professional nurse. On hire, a valid Basic Life Support course completion card, issued by an organization approved by the Hospital, must be presented. BLS renewal not required once ACLS is obtained. Within three months of assignment, employee will attend a hospital-sponsored Crisis Training Program and will attend at least annually for the duration of employment.
