About the Role: As a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in their homes and communities. You will conduct in-home or community-based assessments, perform head-to-toe evaluations, complete aide supervisions, and provide clinical guidance. You will also develop and update personalized Plans of Care (POC), provide orientation to aides based on the POC, and accurately document findings to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
