Job Summary GENERAL SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through a combination of in-home patient visits, telehealth patient consults with Nurse Practitioners or Physicians as required, and administrative tasks. The RN will operate with a patient-first mindset, balancing strong clinical judgment with care coordination, education, and documentation responsibilities.
