Position Summary: The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care and staff on assigned shifts to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents. This leadership role involves clinical supervision, direct patient care, coordination with other departments, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The RN Supervisor supports and enforces policies, trains and mentors staff, and serves as a clinical resource within the facility. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure resident care meets standards and follows care plans.
