How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead & Mentor Teams: Direct, educate, and supervise nursing and support staff, ensuring peak performance through hands-on mentorship and meaningful performance evaluations. Optimize Clinical Operations: Exercise independent judgment to manage daily patient care assignments, balancing staff productivity with high-quality, population-appropriate care. Drive Unit Excellence : Prioritize complex patient and physician dynamics and provide critical input on key personnel decisions, including hiring, transfers, and promotions What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Required if working in adult critical care setting. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
