Participates in interdisciplinary shared decision making activities. 9. Participates in the improvement of patient care, nursing practice and the work environment by identifying and providing feedback on areas of improvement, evaluating and implementing new equipment, products and technology, etc. 10. Accountable for the quality of patient care by advocating for patients, families and AC team as needed. 11. Participates in councils, committees, taskforces and hospital initiatives, onboarding, recruitment, and retention activities. May participate in community activities which promote health and wellness. 12. Performs other duties as assigned.
