Position Information: Location: Grand Valley Oncology Schedule: Full-Time Signing Bonus: $3,000 Position: This position will be posted through July 31, 2026 and may remain open longer until filled. Responsibilities: Provides patient care to assigned patients in the practice per hospital standards and procedures. Interviews patients, measures all vital signs as required for meaningful use. To include but not limited to, pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts. Assists provider with assigned patients in the clinic per hospital standards and procedures Completes administrative functions as requested Inventories and submits orders to the Practice Administrator for all medical supplies, materials and medications. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Current national MA certification from one of the following national MA certifications or registrations: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) of AMT, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) of the AAMA two (2) years of related experience preferred Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on education and experience. Float Pool Nurse Position Highlights: Job Type: Full-Time Location: Community Hospital/Float Schedule: Nights Application Deadline: Open until March 31, 2026 Responsibilities: Availability to float to three units based on competency and experience. Must be available to pick up shifts in all three units as needed. Reviewing the patient’s chart becoming familiar with the orders for the patient including but not limited to medications, lab orders and results, radiology orders and results, activity, diet, consultation orders etc and utilize these tools to provide initial and ongoing patient assessment and care planning activities. Explains procedures, treatments to patient to allay apprehension, verify understanding and gain cooperation, being conscious of patient’s rights and responsibilities. Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol. The documentation of patient information will be completed in the electronic record, in a timely manner. Completes Medication Administration. Performing a complete physical assessment on each assigned patient Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from accredited Registered Nurse Program At least two (2) years of acute care experience Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado Current BLS Current ACLS PALS (within 6 months of hire for ICU/SOU/PACU/IR/ED) TNCC/TCAR (within 1 year of hire for ED/ICU) Compensation: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
