Position: This PRN position is for a House Supervisor working varied shifts. The applicants schedule will be based on the needs of the department. The position reports to the VP of Patient Care Services. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school Currently licensed and registered to practice as a RN in the state of OH, or valid OH compact license. BSN preferred, Master’s degree desired. BLS required ACLS required within one year for Full & part time house supervisors (excludes resource and support staff) recommended to be taken at Wayne Healthcare. PALS required. Minimum of 3 years current experience as a charge/staff nurse with demonstrated administrative and leadership abilities OR, Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursing managerial position. This position is a Casual/PRN Nursing Assistant position working varied shifts and hour. The position can be cross-trained as needed. The position reports to the Director of In-Patient Services. This part time position is for 8 hour shifts, 32 hours per week. Schedule is dictated by the surgery schedule. While this is primary to day shift, call rotation is a required and expected piece of the position. The applicant must be within 45 minutes of the facility at all times while on call. The position reports to the Director of Surgical Services. Position: This position is a part time, 48 hours per pay, varied hours per week position. This position is primarily dayshift with required flexibility to accommodate the training needs on off shifts. The position requires an RN to design, implement, organize, and evaluate education for newly graduated or transitioning Registered Nurses. The position requires facilitation of professional growth, skill, development and competency demonstration for learners while utilizing general education and adult learning principles. This position reports to the Education Manager. This is a non-union hourly position with limited weekend & no holiday requirement.
