Description Home Health and Hospice Management/Leadership Req #: 65418 Summary The Clinical Nurse Manager provides strong leadership and oversight for clinical services, programs, and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day clinical operations while fostering a collaborative, patient- and family-centered care environment. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. License/Certifications: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license to practice in the State of Maine. Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers. Clinical specialty certification, highly desirable OASIS certification, preferred. Experience: Three years of clinical experience; supervisory and home health management experience preferred Strong knowledge of OASIS required. Proficient with Electronic Health Record, OASIS, and PDGM. Working knowledge regarding content, interpretation and implementation of agency policies and procedures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage in an inter professional team to achieve Agency goals and quality care outcomes. Working knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Care and Maine State home health licensing regulations.
