Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care activities, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors. CNAs ensure residents' privacy and dignity while adhering to HIPAA guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. They contribute to a safe and supportive environment, participate in educational opportunities to maintain certification, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of residents. Responsibilities: "Ideal employee" is someone who knows the relevant industry content and can apply that knowledge to complete the tasks of their assigned job role. Be able to perform all functions under your active license or certification or as it pertains to your assigned duties. Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their care plans. Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement. Appropriately communicate with clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change. Know how to approach and care for residents with dementia. Be willing to take on other duties and assignments within the scope of your knowledge and experience. Qualifications: An active Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) License or Certification in good standing. High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to take additional training or education, which specific states may require. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handling multiple priorities. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication. Competent in organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our mission to help residents get better and return home as quickly as possible. Summary: As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing daily nursing activities, administering medications, completing required documentation, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
