We love to celebrate our team! • FUN and Friendly Work Environment - GREAT leadership team! • Supportive Staffing Ratios Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physicians’ orders. • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting any significant changes to the RN or physician. • Assist with resident assessments and the development of individualized care plans. • Supervise and direct CNAs and other nursing assistants in delivering daily care. • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. • Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols. • Support residents and families with health education and emotional support. • Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards. • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, audits, and in-service training. Qualifications: • Valid LPN license in the state of employment • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program • CPR/BLS certification (required or able to obtain upon hire) • At least 3 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred, but not required) • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills Walk-In Interviews Welcome! Qualifications: • Valid STNA certification in the state of employment • High school diploma or GED preferred. • 2-3 Years of experience in long-term care or assisted living. • Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with residents and staff. • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. • Physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents and perform job-related tasks. • Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
